Is the trial really free?
Yes. You get 7 days at no charge. We do ask for a card up front so there's no interruption when you're ready to keep going — but cancel any time inside those 7 days and you won't be billed a cent. After day 7, it's your plan rate, starting at $39/mo.
What counts as "usage"?
Your plan includes $25/mo of usage free (Done-for-you includes $50/mo) — only what you run beyond that is billed. Every action the AI completes is metered, but most are tiny: a DM or comment reply is $0.01, a post is $0.05–$0.10, a YouTube publish $0.25. The higher-cost ones are video renders and cold-email outreach. Everything is billed only when it completes successfully, on the same invoice — and capped at a spending limit you set.
Can I cap my spend?
Yes. Set a spending cap in your dashboard (any amount, any time) and autopilot pauses when usage hits it. Inbound messages still queue, and you can lift the cap with one click. No surprise bills, ever.
What if an action fails — do I still pay?
No. We only charge for actions that complete successfully. If Meta or Google returns an error, our retry logic handles it without billing you — billing is tied to the final success response, not the request.
Where do I see exact per-action costs?
In your dashboard's Billing tab. Every action is itemized with its live cost at the moment it runs, so you always know precisely what you're spending and on what.
How much for more than one brand?
Each brand is priced by its own channel count, and every additional brand is 20% off its price. Add them from your account center, switch between them in a click, and they all bill on one invoice. Each brand keeps its own voice, channels, and rules.
Can I run brands for clients?
Yes — on any plan, even a single $39 channel. Add a brand for a client, they pay you whatever you like, and BABAV does the work in the background. Your client never gets a dashboard or sees a BABAV logo — it's fully white-label, so you can run social for other people as your own invisible agency. Additional brands are 20% off, all on one login and one invoice.
Do I get a booking page?
Every plan includes a free, built-in booking page — a Calendly-style scheduler in your brand's voice. Share the link, clients pick a slot, and each booking lands in your dashboard with the lead attached. No extra tool, no extra fee.
What's the difference with Done-for-you?
Self-serve, you run the dashboard yourself. Done-for-you puts a dedicated operator behind it — they run your channels, review performance, and continuously optimize.
