What people actually ask.

Can I cap my overage?
Yes. Set a spending cap in your dashboard (any amount, any time) and autopilot pauses when usage hits it. Inbound messages still queue and you can release the cap with one click. No surprise bills — ever.
What if an action fails — do I still pay?
No. We only charge for actions that complete successfully. If Meta or Google returns an error, our retry logic handles it without billing you. Billing hooks are tied to the final success response, not the request. It's a core part of how the platform is built.
What does the $100 launch month bonus mean?
For your first paid month, on top of the $50 of usage included in the retainer, we credit you an additional $100 of free usage. So you get $150 of action runway in month 1 — enough to load all six channels and actually see what the platform does at full tilt before you've spent more than the retainer.
Why no prepaid credits like everyone else?
Credits are an accounting trick that makes you over-buy and forget what you used. We'd rather show you real dollars for real actions on the same invoice as your retainer. If you spend $42 in overage, your card gets charged $542. That's it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the dashboard or by emailing support@babav.co. We refund the full monthly retainer within 14 days of your first paid charge if you're not satisfied. Usage already consumed isn't refundable.
What about agencies or multi-brand operators?
The standard plan is one brand workspace. If you need multi-brand reporting, separate retainer per workspace, or a custom volume deal on VEO renders, get in touch — we'll quote it. Most agency setups land between $1,500 and $5,000/month all-in.
How long does onboarding take?
Kickoff call within 48 hours of your first invoice. We connect your channels, ingest your knowledge base, calibrate tone, and set silence rules. You typically have at least one channel running on autopilot inside 5 business days — most clients are fully live across all six in week 2.
SSO, SOC 2, custom data residency?
All available on a custom plan. SOC 2 Type I is in progress (target Q4). SSO and SCIM are ready today. Custom data residency (EU only, India, etc.) needs a 30-day setup. Talk to sales for any of these.
