Every customer follows the same path. We've run it enough times to know what trips people up — so we front-load the messy parts and protect the calm middle.
The kickoff call.
Quick video call. We figure out what you're trying to automate, which channels matter most, and what "in your voice" actually means. No slides, no script — just a working call to align on what success looks like.

Onboarding, done for you.
You don't fill out a 40-field form. You send us logins (or add us as managers on Meta, Google), drop your existing content/FAQs/docs in a shared folder, and we do the configuration. Tone calibration is the longest part — we feed the AI samples of your real writing until it sounds like you.

One channel goes live.
We don't fire all six channels at once. We start with the one with the most inbound (usually Instagram or Threads) and let it run for 48 hours while you watch the dashboard in real time. Every reply is logged. You can pause or override anything with one click.
