Acceptable Use.

BABAV automates real messages on real platforms in your name. That only works if everyone uses it responsibly. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every account.

Effective June 5, 2026 Last updated June 5, 2026 Entity BABAV.CO

Section 01The spirit of it.

Use BABAV to engage your real audience and customers in good faith. Do not use it to deceive people, to spam, to harass, or to do anything that would get your accounts — or ours — suspended by a platform. When in doubt, do the thing you would be comfortable explaining publicly.

Section 02Your responsibilities.

You are responsible for the content BABAV sends on your behalf, the rules and knowledge you configure, and the channels you connect. Specifically, you agree to:

  • Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Keep your brand voice, knowledge base, and silence rules accurate and lawful.
  • Review the boundaries you set so the AI does not say things you would not.
  • Comply with all laws that apply to your business and your audience.

Section 03Prohibited content & conduct.

You may not use BABAV to create, send, or solicit:

  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or engagement designed to manipulate a platform’s ranking.
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or content that targets or endangers others.
  • Illegal goods or services, fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive impersonation.
  • Malware, or attempts to probe, scrape, or disrupt BABAV or any connected platform beyond authorized use.
  • Content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Adult, violent, or otherwise restricted content prohibited by a connected platform.

Section 04Platform rules.

When BABAV acts on Threads, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, or Gmail, you are also bound by each platform’s own terms. You agree not to use BABAV to violate the Meta Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Policy, the YouTube and Google API terms, or Gmail’s bulk-sender and program policies. We respect platform rate limits and messaging windows, and you must not try to circumvent them.

Section 05Email & anti-spam.

Cold outreach and email features must comply with anti-spam law, including CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), and the GDPR/ePrivacy rules (EU/UK) where applicable. That means: a lawful basis or consent to contact recipients, accurate sender and subject information, and a working way to opt out. BABAV auto-pauses a sequence when someone replies, but honoring opt-outs and contacting only appropriate recipients is your responsibility.

Section 06Enforcement.

If we believe an account violates this policy or puts the service or a connected platform at risk, we may pause automation, remove offending content, suspend, or terminate the account — with notice where practical, immediately where necessary. Serious or repeated violations end in termination without refund of usage already consumed.
